At the project launch exchange meeting, the project manager of Kingdee Software explained the overall plan and arrangement of PLM information system construction from the aspects of project demand background, project construction objectives, implementation scope, key milestones, resource guarantee, etc. Both parties participated in the meeting confirmed the specific arrangement of the project and the division of labor, resource guarantee, abnormal situation handling mechanism, etc.
